Welcome to the Support Documentation Page. On this page you will find documentation to be used to update the Open Client VPN software in Fall of 2024. You have two options to do this: Installing an Updated Profile or Uninstalling your Open Client Software and Downloading and Installing the updated version. The option you choose will depend on the version of the software you have on your computer.
If your Open VPN looks similar to that in the image below, you will want to follow the instructions to Uninstall and Download and Install the updated version of the software:
If your software looks more like the following image, you can simply delete your current profile and install a new profile.
